Update!!!!! So sorry =-( Day 6....Back on Track

I've been having some serious computer problems but, I'm back on track with everything now!! =-) 
So here are the days that I wasn't able to Post.....This is what I did on these day's, and since I had a BAD wk on last week I will be Pushing my Goal date 1wk ahead which is now (Feb-18-2011) 
So as for Today gos I am on Day 6!!!! I had a Bad wk ...what can I say =-) but I'm not gonna give up I am gonna stick with it all the way ^_^

 So now for some Quick Updates from the past few Days!!!


Day 3...Back on Track!! Nov-13-2010

I worked out my Legs&Butt for about an Hr...
I try to rotate between certain body parts every other day.

Arms,Abs & Chest
I did Arms, Abs&Chest for about an Hr an a half, I switched up my sets.
Remember not not over work your Muscles when working out or if your a Beginner.

Today I took on Hard Core Abs& Legs,
I did about 1Hr and then later that nite i did 20 min Abs!!

Day 2...Back on Track

So today I'm going to be showing you some Exercises I did today which was a
All over Body Workout.
Today I started out with some warm-up's with my Legs ,Back,Arms  ect..
I did these warm ups for about 10-15 mins.
This is a picture to give a example of some warm ups..

Increased Body Temperature - This improves muscle elasticity, also reducing the risk of strains and pulls.
Increased Muscle Temperature - The temperature increases within muscles that are used during a warm-up routine. A warmed muscle both contracts more forcefully and relaxes more quickly. In this way both speed and strength can be enhanced. Also, the probability of overstretching a muscle and causing injury is far less.

Belly Dance
So after a nice warm-up I started out with 30 mins of Belly workout's.
*which helps your lower,higher and side Abs,and also your lower back.

Then I did a Full Body Workout working all the Muscles in my body for about 30 mins.
I did these Workouts on T.V. (Fit T.V.)
I LOVE this Channel they tell you everything you need to know about being FIT!!
All over Body..

Then I started my Full Body and Core Workout for about 1hr.
So in Total I did 2hrs Today!!!
Always make sure you take brakes for a drink of H20 to stay cool.

  These were the main two workouts I did today,These were my Focus
piont and I was really Sore after today... =-/ I woke up the next Morning and I
could Barely walk(  =-O  )  but I made it through another Day.
That's the way your gonna get use to it.

Back on Track...=-)

Hello Everyone =-)
!!!!WELCOME!!!!
My Name is April and I will be sharing some tips,goals,??questions concerns,ect.. with you all.
Today is the 1st day of me getting Back on Track with my workout Routine that I will be sharing
with you.Today I am just sharing the comforts of how you should feel when your working out,and I will also
have picture's for you of what you
should/could where.( I am not a Trainer nor am I a workout Expert) I am just another
everyday person sharing my love of working out and being Healthy...I am still learning myself...
your never to old to learn.
I have been up and down with Working out for some yr's so I figured it was time to just get all the
way back on with working out and being Healthy (for good).
I really hope this Blog will be helpful to a lot of you out there and we can all learn from eachother.
I will be posting a Video soon from my Day1 workout which started today.
I will be posting some picture's of how I look now and my Goal of how I want my Body to look
in 3mth's!!! which is Feburary 11th fom today,so I hope you enjoy my journey and my update's
that I will be sharing...I am always willing to learn  ^_^
