Day 1...Back on Track

  These were the main two workouts I did today,These were my Focus
piont and I was really Sore after today... =-/ I woke up the next Morning and I
could Barely walk(  =-O  )  but I made it through another Day.
That's the way your gonna get use to it.

  1. Go head girl and work on that 6 pack. Lol! Hey you need to try p90x it's a hardcore workout and will gurantee you'll be at your goal in 3 months :D
